Chic Chick - Phoebe Philo
Getting back to work after a self imposed sabbatical whilst she raised her kids; getting a job with fashion house Celine on her own terms (ie, working from London not Paris, and leaving at 5pm every day! to spend time with the kids) and finally, for looking absolutely gorgeous with no makeup!
