Home Style, Colourful Exotic Townhouse in New York

How beautiful is this 1870's home in New York; with a flair for bold, bright colours and elegant styling,  it is both playful and 'sophisticated'.

Influenced by 19th century eclecticism (eg: the Victorian era's love of the exotic) it's a blend of oriental, tribal, persian, classical and pop... I love everything about it; especially the beautiful duck egg blue wallpaper in the entrance and those gorgeous blue tufted Danish side chairs.

Yes, ecclectic is a great way to describe this style. Some lovely individual pieces, but all together not my taste at all. Whilst I appreciate the effort to pull it all together, too busy for me personally.

Love love love it! The different mixtures of furniture, patterns and colours has been done beautifully! I am particularly swooning over the little outside area.
