All is calm

A calm setting in a very eclectic and colourful home in Melbourne.   I love the vintage timber table with the clean modern lines of the Panton 'S' chairs, some glass vases and bottles filled with foliage and a pretty setting it makes.

I need the calm after spending this morning driving to the city in search of Santa; talk about traffic (argh!)  I had to escape the stress by stopping by a favourite cafe and sitting down to a latte and a chocolate glazed donut on the way home (now that's relaxing!).

Hope you're averting the stress of crowded places in these last few days of mayhem.

I have one day to go with the shopping Santa craziness, sometimes I really wish he exists. But, well, I also love to see the smile of the persons who unwraps my gifts, so...Have a lovely day :*

Oh my, I know what you talking about! first my birthday, and now I really have to focus on what to do next for Christmas. It's always a good thing to take some time for yourself and take that minute of rest Helen especially if it's in a favorite cafe!!

Oh how lovely; those chairs are fabulous and I love the artwork and flowers. Hope you're surviving the craziness of this time of year; escaping to your favourite cafe sounds like a good plan :) xx

After all the Christmas shopping, a latte and delicious dessert feel so well deserved. :)
