Kristen McMenamy looks fabulous with her long grey mane and she's still modelling, see here - Mine isn't as fabulous or as grey as Kristen McMenamy's below, but I'm thinking ahead... Would this be do-able for you?
And come to think of it.... why is George Clooney still so Hot in all his naturalness (see earlier post), when grey hair on women is not! No fair.

I read Garance's post too and loved it. I don't know, I guess it just depends on whether the grey colour suits your skin or not. I'm lucky to still have my natural colour (there are a few grey hairs showing but nothing serious ... YET!), but I like to believe that one day I'll just embrace the grey hairs.

She looks amazing. I have seen a few ladies who look fabulous with their grey hair, but I think it depends on your complexion as well. :)
