Christian Louboutin collaborates with Peter Lippman on Fall 2011 Ad Campaign

To all the art as fashion lovers out there here are some photos of the new Fall 2011 advertising campaign from Christian Louboutin.  Iconic shoes meets iconic art/artist in the match of the century.

Inspiration is taken from masterpieces executed by De La Tour, De Zurbaran, Nattier, Corot and Clouret, to render these images and the final product, nothing short of sublime.  Shade and light, texture and movement, colour and luminescence; these are 3 of my favourites from the campaign.  Clever and beautiful!
