I have a thing for... Tassels

Tassels are making a subtle style comeback as a detail on bags, shoes, and jewellery.  We've all worn a pair of loafers with tassel trim in the late 80s right?  And in fact, I still adore one of my early Prada purchases of a black leather tote with double tassel trim, yes it was 1994!  But this tassel takes it to the next luxury level by using croc print leather and being really chunky.   Chic Brit label, Burberry, is utilising the tassel in their new range of leather and suede bags; here are a couple of photos from their Fall 2011 campaign.
