Lift, Stretch, Elongate... Repeat

Did you notice those shorter hemlines for summer?... Well because of this unusually mild winter sending me thoughts of sunny days ahead and because of that croissant on the weekend in honour of Bastille Day (and that slice of birthday day cake last night!... and that tiramisu last week...) - it's time to move it all around...

I'm glued to this fitness video by Tracey Anderson (fitness guru to Gwyneth Paltrow no less!) - I'm setting aside some time and space for myself and I'm finding a broomstick (check out the video!) for balance and then... lift, stretch, elongate, point, return - repeat.

I'm hooked!  Will you join me?
